Vistaleian Dominion

The Vistaleian Dominion (2,865 - 3,063 LE) was the necrocratic government formed by Edhliel Anwaqaal and Ravaphine Dimlekolkolth.
It was formed shortly after the beginning of the Eclipse of Tears (2,865 - 3,063 LE), when Dimlekolkolth necropoisoned the River Galadhel while Anwaqaal beheaded Queen Neisti III outside the capital city of Miirryn, Heilish Throne, Thraaqai Forest, Leona.
Notably, Tidus Farwise served as one of its generals. Qalvi Varai was born 124 years into the Eclipse of Tears, and as a hatchling was transfixed by the Dominion's activity, visiting the Dominion in late adolescence. As he grew into adulthood, however, he frequently criticized the Dominion's social politics.
Tidus Farwise and Qalvi Varai met during the Vistaleian Dominion's regime. Farwise convinced Varai to study at the Academy of Birthright. Later, at the onset of the Lifebreath War (3,209/5/3 - 3,215/12/27 LE), Varai convinced Farwise to swear his fealty as a general.
