Arno Stark
Arno Stark is a male Illthyri, Shianti subrace practitioner of Left Handed Magic . He is a driven student at the University of Varetta , seeking to expand his knowledge beyond what would have been available at home. In MS 5085, he maintained a small rivalry with Sara Elena who was attending classes at the same time. Arno maintained that practitioners of the combination of magic and martial studies hindered understanding, and were a distraction from progression. It is possible that some resentment was borne from his past issues with matriarchal society and the ease with which Sara Elena transitioned from adventuring, to classroom studies, and back again.
He comes from an elven community of the Drow Empire that still allies itself with Lolth. Therefore, he is not considered a possible candidate for Great Ones . He studied at home for decades, before fleeing the matriarchal society to find a place in human society.
He is not kind, and bears the emotional scars of his upbringing. He is slow to make friends, and inherently distrusts everyone.
