Duadon is a small bustling city and one of the largest in Eldenora. It has been an active participant in hostilities with other Baronies of Eldenora and Luyen in Delden to the north.
Duadon was a central location in the hostilities between Eldenora and Salony in MS 5092, and it was here that the Steamjack Accords were signed by Baron Lionel of Duadon and Prince Stephan Strom of Salony.
Duadon is a center of industry, and factories in the northwest quarter of the building work day and night forging tools, and components for Steam jacks. There are railways built across the city that are used for the transport of goods and individuals, keeping the city moving along. There is a dam to the north of the city that provides power for a number of mechanical processes to support the city.
Visitors to Duadon will first note the tinge of smoke to the air. Depending upon the direction of the wind, it can be subtle or quite bothersome. hot air balloons that patrol the skies and use signal flags to communicate with each other and ground forces. Duadon is surrounded by a 15ft defensive wall to the south while the norther border takes advantage of the mountains as a defensive structure.
While Duadon is a large community, the primarily human population is suspicious of non-human persons. Magic is tolerated but only celebrated when the practitioners are members of the Grey Covenant .

Duadon is almost exclusively human. There are no ethnic or non-human neighborhoods within the city.
Government
A hereditary Baron rules Duadon absolutely. When issues of inheritance come up, they are often settled through bloodshed or by gathering support from the lesser nobles of Duadon.
