Lala if not a teletubbie.  Lala is a female Drodarin, or dwarf warrior in the service of Grandolpha Muzgardt .  She was first of Grandolpha Muzgardt 's people to make contact with the The Antiquarian Association after they destroyed the Chardelyn Dragon April 6, MS 5097.
