Drodarin, or dwarf
The Drodarin, commonly referred to as dwarves, are a species of humanoids that are native to Magnamund. They were almost wiped out in the Great Plague in 2514 MS. They were subjugated by the Cener Druids for millennia until freed by the combined armies of Shianti, Human armies and the Drodarin themselves.
Individual Drodarin can be found across both continents, in numerous small settlements. In addition, there are Drodarin sections in many cities throughout Magnamund. The largest number of Drodarin live in the dwarven kingdom of Bor.

Drodarin tend toward being shorter than humans with an average height of 4' 5". But, the average weight of Drodarin lines up with human so they tend toward being stocky.
They grow rich thick hair and culturally tend strongly towards the men keeping beards, though the stylistic maintenance of their beards vary culturally.

Drodarin age more slowly than humans though they bring their children in to assist with work duties at an early age. A Drodarin is not seen to have reached their age of majority until they reach 55 years of age.
Once they reach adulthood, their physical appearance changes slowly as Humans do. Their average lifespan tends toward 280 years.
