Pendant of Travelling

The origin of this device is unknown, but some of the sigils surrounding the face of the pendant are Shianti, or elf in origin. 

The Pendant of Travelling is an incredibly powerful artifact.  Initially, Primarch Antonio Burgess believed it to be capable of teleporting all those within sight across miles.  Upon experimentation, they found that it actually allows for travelling through time as well.  A user must be wearing the pendant, and chant a magical incantation to initialize the transport.  Successful use depends on visualization of the target location and time by the wearer.

Significance

The Pendant of Travelling was used by t he The Loser's Club to hunt down Lord Strahd Von Zarovich shortly after he succumbed to the porphyric virus.
