Sejanoz is the ruler of Bhanar, and has ruled there for over 3 millenia.
Following a costly civil war, through strength and empy promises, he forged Bhanar into a unified country. He ruled his country through fear, but when a revolution was brewing, he sought out the assistance of Agarash the Damned. No one knows what arrangements were made, but when the revolution came for Sejanoz, this skin resisted their attacks and he slew all of his attackers.
He has not aged since that day, and has ruled Bhanar since then.
