Insurrection Bay

Insurrection Bay is a large inlet on the tip of northwestern East Ymmaria.  It is flanked by the two major cities of the Kingdom of Sanctyra, Tyrmach to the south and Wytclif to the north.

History

Insurrection Bay gets its name for being the spot where the beginning of The Grand Uprising started.  A group of human slaves took control of a Ymmari ship in the bay and through a surprise attack, wreaked havoc on the unsuspecting Ymmari vessels stationed there.  Although these human rebels were ultimately defeated later that day, this event became a spark that grew and eventually toppled the centuries long Ymmari dynasty.
