Tyrmach

A bustling port city on Insurrection Bay, Tyrmach (TEAR-mock) is the capital of Sanctyra. Sometimes know as "The City of Marvels", the skyline of Tyrmach contains a number of large spires connected with skybridges; giving it a distinct appearance from other cities in Grand Ymmarion. Most notable of these buildings is Deunara's Spindle, the home of Deunara's Chosen and the Grand Order of Deunara.
Tyrmach has utilized elemental energies to create streetcars, trains, and skyships working in service to Sanctyra.

Due to its technological advancements, Tyrmach has a well maintained working sewer system as well as a number of roads and bridges.  With elevated platform technology, Tyrmach has a number of tall spires, connected via skybridge.

History

Once a major hub for the Ymmari Empire. Tyrmach is one of the oldest cities in East Ymmarion.

Tourism

As the religious center of Sanctyra, Tyrmach often sees a number of humans flock to the square outside of Deunara's Spindle to hear the weekly sermons from The Grand Order of Deunara and Deunara's Chosen.

Architecture

Tyrmach's technology driven culture has created a distinct style within the city limits.  A number of tall stone spires, far more than any other city on the continent, give it a impressive skyline.

Tyrmach is located on series of hills at the southern edge of Insurrection Bay.
