Sage's Word & Book Depository

The Sage's Word is a 3 story brick building located in the Brickward of the Free City of Lasthome. Packed with tomes, scrolls, and books that cover a variety of topics, it is run as a lending library and bookstore by Georgina Frankle, a talkative gnome with a fondness for arcana.
Georgina inherited the building from a distant cousin and although she tries to organize the books as best she can she isn't completely sure of the extensive inventory. Indeed some stacks of books run nearly floor to ceiling, their clutter lending a labyrinthine quality to certain areas of the building. The expansive paper clutter has led Ms. Frankle to enforce a strict no smoking policy inside.
