During the Fractured Pack's short time within Lacington, they recieved many different perspectives on Xanstaer's creator Alston. First, the home and laboratory of Alston had been bought by a lord of the city to turn it into a museum.  Second, the party managed to acquire use of an apartment from a gnomish celebrity.  One of her attendants has miners in his family directly saved by the actions of a Sim in the past and he wanted to show his thanks.

During the Fractured Pack's short time within Lacington, they recieved many different perspectives on Xanstaer's creator Alston. First seeking to return to his laboratory, they found that is had been bought by a lord of the city, Sir Tyrion of Blackwood. Sir Tyrion had earned his lordship within Lacington for his valorous service in the Phaloxil military. The lord had purchased the laboratory out of a desire to turn it into a museum.   When Sim Asterios was seeking out lodging for the party, they had encounted one of the priests that operates the Crystal Orchard of Lacington. Cladbap Orchidhand has had family saved in the mines from the Rescue Model sims and wanted to be of service. Using his job as the personal attendant of Genevieve "Gigi" Blossombum (owner of the Crystal Orchard), Cladbap managed to secure Xanstaer and their friends a private apartment for their stay in the city.
