Ivar Ingjaldson, also known as Ivar I of Rogaland, Ivar the Wise, the previous King of Rogaland, father of Ingvar and Inga Ivardotr. He assumed the throne of his father, King Ingjald Ingvarson when he was twenty-two-years-old and died at the age of seventy after reigning for fourty-eight years, successfully passing on the throne of Rogaland to his twenty-five-year-old son, Ingvar.
