Keeper of the Way Khine Ouyang

Khine Ouyang is the Keeper of the Way on the Lord's Council of Teikyou and head of the Enmeiji tantric monestery. Hailing from the mountains south of Fuhai, he is famed for his youthful appearance despite his age, and his mastery of tantric practices.

Career

After making a name for himself among the jianghu in Fuhai as a young man, Khine became favored by local nobles of the Akimoto Dynasty as a teacher, especially for his mastery of internal martial arts. After a falling out with Ogino Akimoto, he moved to Teikyou and opened the Enmeji Monestery.
After the monestery saw great success, it grew in size, eventually becoming a large complex that with a main temple hall, meditation dojos, a pagoda, courtyards and gardens, teaching halls, a library, bell towers, bathing facilities, a tea house, residential monk quarters, and many statues. The popularity of the monestery lead Khine to gain a reputation as a respected monk and well known figure in both high and low society.
