Standing at the cross roads of 2 major highways with Freedom River near by, the city of Four Winds is the main trading hub in southeastern Breland .
The city is alive with commotion from sun up to sun down. Carts constantly flow along the highways full of goods from near and far. The tall buildings along the main thoroughfares feel like they are leaning into the road. The markets here have the freshest food and dealers are buying and selling enough food in 1 day to feed a family for a year.
People from all walks of life walk the streets, and many more ride carts around. Rich merchents are making deals with provincial farmers and washed up merchants become the riffraff of the streets.
Fortunes are made and lost in Four Winds. County folk who might have never had a chance can make their family into a wealth house, and others can lose it all in a bad trade and come home with too little for next year.

The city is ruled by an Aristocratic government. The Fiefdom of The Hartz Family rules the land and the city.

The city is completely surrounded by a high thick wall. The are 4 large doors where the 2 highways come into the city.

A significant amount of agricultural trade is conducted in this city. The city attracts merchants selling all sorts of wears due to the wealth of money and commercial opportunity in the city.
Infrastructure
The roads are very well build around this city. Plenty wide enough to accommodate carts of all sizes. The streets are also well lit at night to disincentivize thievery.
Architecture
The architecture is impressive, but not favoring any one culture or style, so to appease any foreign merchants, visitors, and traders coming to the city.
