Plot Hook: The Illumination

Shimmergloom has broken the spirit of the dwarves of The Mror Holds and plunged them into Duskdays. A growing cultural shift to slay Shimmergloom and reclaim The Mithral Hall is spoken about more openly, after being thought impossible.

Exposition

After digging deep into Fourthpeak looking for more Mithral, miners broke into the Shadow Plane. This triggered the Great Wyrm Shimmergloom to awake and raise an army to take the treasure of the dwarves. That was over 100 years ago and ever since the dwarves have been in exile from their own home. The city of Ozen has taken many of the displaced, but tensions are running high as resources are not being shared equally and slums are entrenched around the city.
