The Code of Justice

The Code of Justice is the legal system of Breland. The Code can be added to, removed from, and amended by actions taken by the bicameral legislture and court systems. It is the Kings job to see the Law be enforced both in Sharn, The City of Tower, by the Sharn City Watch, and in the country side by local forces.
Those suspected of breaking the Code, can be apprehended and face court proceedings with a single judge hearing the case and giving a verdict. Decisions can be appealed to higher courts, but are costly endeavors.
