Fulgur
Even getting closer to the coastal region of Fulgur is enough to see the change in atmosphere. The rain seems to barely break with a constant storm cloud above your head. The coast is similar to that of coastal Ireland with a rocky hillside and a few valleys with moss and grass covering most of the stones. Home to a variety of life forms and non-life forms. The weather has hardened those who currently live there. Travelers must be careful as the place is hard to walk through with the slickness of the rain, the growth of plant-life, and the free range monsters who have adapted to the weather. Scholars have noted that this region may be closer to the elemental plane of lightning and water which would be the cause for its ever insistent storm.
Geography
A coastal region stretching about 2 weeks worth of travel by foot from top to bottom. Some places dip low to be almost on level with the sea while others rise high with steep shale cliffs giving the region a sweeping scenic beauty. Beautiful views of the sea can be seen from these higher cliffs along with the low almost rolling nature of the region covered in a sweet green grass while other places can have deep emerald. Fulgur displays a multitude of greens while not being heavily abundant of foliage. Lakes spot the land and rivers run freely through the area.
Fauna & Flora
Animals more in tune with water live in this region, along with elementals of the same nature of the weather. while water is not a problem for growth the soil of the land is not that for growth, meaning that the grass is often low and trees are sparse from the deforestation of settlement and the unkind habitat. Other animals have adapted over the years like that of the native Storm Wolf which adapted to gain resistance to lightning and even have abilities related to it. Animals such as sheep and cattle needed to survive for the settlers are either carefully raised or must be shipped in from other regions. Fishing is a main source for food.
Natural Resources
Sheep, fish, tons of fresh water from rain collection. Wood is sparse and only the older settlements used it. Stone is abundant,
