Leanna’s greatest loves in life are women and wine followed distantly by her children. She was something of a beauty in her youth, at least enough of one to secure a marriage for her house to Fossoway. Leanna is a highly functioning alcoholic. Leanna is also a deft enough hand at finances to feed the bottomless pit that is her and David’s vices all while slowly growing the Fossoway’s economic might. To be clear David could not manage a household if his soul was on the line while Leanna manages the house blackout drunk. Leanna is not the mothering sort, but she at least knows this character flaw. A lot of the mothering is done by her favorite “maid” while her efforts are mostly spent hammering Dillan into a proper young lord.
