Devotary of Abundance

The Devotary of Abundance is the farming and labor aspect of the church. The Winged of Abundance are typically farmers that want the networking and resources associated with the church. Other professions for the Winged are craftsman, miners, tailors, cobblers, or any profession that creates useful items or has high labor needs. The benefits of being associated with the church include the labor of the guilty from the Devotary of Redemption, protection from bandits from the Devotary of Protection, and the synergy provided by being managed by a Priest of Abundance.

Tenets of Faith

The Devotary of Abundance believes that when working together, humanity can produce more than enough food and supplies for themselves and others. Specifically, they believe that the output of multiple specialists when organized by an overseeing manager  can produce more product than a larger number of generalists ever could.
An example is one farm making corn, another making beans, another making beef, and a final farm making grain allows each farmer to specialize his tools and utilize his acreage more efficiently than one farmer attempting to make all of those products.

Priesthood

Priests of Abundance are the overseers who determine which members of the Winged make which products. They take into account specialties, land productivity, and historical output to assign tasks to each Winged that will produce the most output. These tasks are not limited to farmers- the quarries need efficient miners, the tailors need seamstresses. An effective Priest of Abundance can identify the strengths of their Winged and place them where they will be most productive.
The path to priesthood for a Winged of Abundance is to excel at their assigned tasks, and begin offering suggestions to their Priest of what they believe would be good assignments for new members.

Gaining Wings

Acceptance into the Devotary of Abundance is simple- be able to produce a worthy product. Upon their 18th birthday, applicants present a priest with their work to be judged. If deemed acceptable, the applicant receives their Wings.
