Basic Information
Anatomy
A typical humanoid build. Their skin is a dull grey with hints of blue. With deep blues dotted around on the fingertips, nose, around eyes, lips, underarms, nipples and ears. Although the grey tone can match the blue quite closely depending on genetics. The mouth has 2 tusks sticking out, the sizes of them are generally only out by 5cm, which fits their larger body. Eyes mostly consist of emerald greens and ice blues, with the rare white eye every few centuries. Hair is generally a mid-tone grey, but slight variation in colour is common.
Genetics and Reproduction
They produce and give birth to live offspring. They are only able to conceive children during the Fertile stage making the age gap between families much lower compared to their life span.
Growth Rate & Stages
Original Lifespan
With a life span of 400 years it is broken into 4 stages: Youth, Fertile, Adult, Elder.- Youth is 1-80, natural growth takes place allowing the body features to mature.
- Fertile is 80 to 100, most of the features have matured with the inclusion of the ability to produce offspring.
- Adult is 100 to 300, the ability to produce a child is lost and the body goes through another change to make them more adept to their environment by strengthening them.
- Elder is between 300 to 400, this stage consists of the body no longer changing as the body slowly weakens from the loss of constant change.
New Lifespan
Through the tough life as a nomadic species, they have adapted to live shorter lives, living for about a century and being fertile from the age of 50 onwards.Ecology and Habitats
They are built with sturdy skin making the arctic of Kolkom their native home, but from coming from underground they could manage in that environment quite well.
Dietary Needs and Habits
The constant cold climate has left them with the bare basics of hunting and foraging for food. Through selective plants, they can grow farms in their own homes allowing themselves to have a mixed diet. The majority of their consumption is meat based.

They are a very spiritual species that are heavily influenced by their religious leaders. With their empire fleeing the continent their shift in ideas limited the amount of nobility with nobles only emerging from accomplishing feats rather than by birthright.

They have excellent hearing making them one of the quicker races when it comes to reflexes. Their sense of smell isn't great with only a handful ever finding it useful. Their eyes trained from countless years underground they have gained an excellent eye sight allowing them to see in the dark to a limited degree.

Naming Traditions
Their first name is given by their eldest parent. Surname follows taken from the more masculine parent even if they aren't present. The last name is given when they accomplish their right of passage before becoming eligible to be considered an adult.

History
They were originally Giants with some believing them to be direct descendants of the Keunama who were troubled by the Alfer that came down and slew their god Yogsha as well as many of their kind. This caused them to flee underground and some of the elves followed. The giants had a city underground but it wasn't enough, many died and the few that remained devolved in different paths, those in the north became the Moereheto keeping their size but at a loss for their intelligence and strength, the ones in the south became smaller but kept their intelligence becoming the Daidarabotchi, with many more taking different paths. Eventually after gaining in strength the Daidarabotchi entered out of the caves after years of fear to the surface of Koldkom and led by their leader Atnas Kojima Duri they enslaved the Liren for the trouble their kind caused.
Some of the elves that escapes came back with an army of Waaltig. This was the liberation of the elves and caused the nobility of the Daidarabotchi to flee to Sembar becoming the Kenhika. The remaining group agreed on peace between them and the Liren. This left them more spiritual as their empire fled.
