Norsk

Norsk as an island was not inhabited until the pact of Flame. Many Mirran fled to the lower end of the continent. Few groups left for Norsk after they still believed in Shesire and saw the Ashen as more of a necessity than a mistake. But still sceptical they took up arms in the Merah Empire. They are the main group of mirrans that still venerated Shesire highly. The people are a part of the Norskon ethical groups. The island has a large volcano in the centre that is named Shesire's Vulchan. Close to the volcano is a large grave field where the magma of the volcano covers over throughout the centuries. The volcano is always active but stays relatively mild. The southern end of the island is the capital named Norsk Chad. It's built of a large cliff with a large statue carved into the walls of the cliff by an ancient forgotten race. The island has the remnants of the lost civilization feature a lot of pale sandstones hardened with an ancient plaster that resists eroding. The depictions on the carvings are of the cosmos. This civilization was on the island prior to the rise of Keunama. They made a gate deep inside their caverns using it to transcend to the Abyss becoming the Chinderin during the shattering.
