Caer Biscayne

Built in the Star Island neighborhood in Biscayne Bay, Caer Biscayne is a mega mansion with the luxury and ostentation that that implies.
Most assume that it is the home of millionaires such as Jennifer Lopez, but it is in fact the seat of power for Duchess Carmen Juarez. It is a fortress guarded by wards to dissuade humans from entering it, as well as having it's own troll and redcap guards to deal with more supernatural threats.
There are almost always parties, contests, and tournaments being thrown on the estate grounds, fairy magic used to reshape the pool into a jousting field, the plants coaxed into growing to fence a battle ring, and wine made from grapes found in the Dreaming flows freely.
The warding looks, to those who can see the Dreaming, an iridescent net thrown over the entirety of the estate, which kith can pass through without worry - though at a moment's notice the Duchess may change it to repel any who would dare attempt and trespass on her home.
