Asmodeus (æzmoʊˈdeɪʌs/ æz-mo-DAY-us)
Lord of the Nine Hells
Asmodeus or Asmodei in Infernal, is the lawful evil god of the Nine Hells. He is known as the great betrayer by the angels as he lead the first wave of them into hell during the fallout of angels at the end of the first great war. Asmodeus is known as both the true face of angels and as the worst of the devils, this depending on if they are his follower or not. He is known to opress his oponents through politics and making deals which he always ends up on the better side.
Asmodeus followers varies between fanatics who belives that he is the true savior of the angels and those forces into his servitude through bad deals they made with him. He is never on the frontlines, instead he lets his 8 lords take care of any enemy who tries to attack his realm. Although he rarely participates in fights himself, he wages a massive war with all the other outer planes, creating and breaking alliances as he sees fit.
