Veldron Watch
The official militant organization of Volagvaros and its allied cities. The Veldron Watch formed after the Guild conquest of Elven land near the The Elven Grove. Afterwards, the former sellswords formed a guild of their own, becoming the official guard organization of Volagvoros.
Structure
Veldron Watch is led by Magistrate Millicent Stavren, a decorated veteran of the Conquest of the Elven Grove. Below her are the Commissioners and the Informants. Commissioners act as high authorities and are called to investigate various matters around the city. Informants are shadow agents who are tasked with jobs of high importance.

Below them are the Agents, followed by the Watchmen. Watchmen act as city guards.
Culture
The Veldron Watch are perhaps the most hated guild. There is a lack of discipline among the lower ranked guards, but they are filled with a sense of self importance that often drives them to grow corrupt. They pursue their own needs over the needs of the city, only stopping crime when they feel it benefits them. In Volagvaros, they charge 50 gold pieces to report a crime.
Public Agenda
They are motivated by greed. While there are some members who truly act in the name of justice, there are even more that are corrupt and dangerous. They claim to make the streets cleaner but if anything, make them worse.
History
The city of Volagvoros lacks an official governing body, which meant that no entity was in place to deny the Veldron Watch the authority to control crime. The guilds agreed that a neutral military guild could be beneficial, as the contract signed by the Sellswords still indebted them. They were technically still under the rule of the Guild Union. However, since the conquest of the Elven Grove, the Guild Union has not worked as a collective. All guilds must agree in order to wield authority over the Veldron Watch, and thusly no such thing has been done.
