Kuota Incense Makers Guildhouse

Major meeting house for the incense makers of Kuota. Incense, after religion, is the major reason that Kuota exists, and as such this is the major seat of power in the town. This location has a meeting area where contracts and orders are placed and signed. River boat captains hoping to buy crates of incense to take down river to Uo or Kosta will place all orders here. 
Since there is no centralized religious influence in Kuota, the finances and politics of the city are dominated by the incense makers guild.
