The One Ring of Kog
To the northeast of Jattil stands the wizarding tower housing the The One Ring of Jattil. The structure is, itself, relatively unadorned, but is imposing, without external windows, gates or entrances for the bottom 4 floors. The perfectly interlocked and uniform grey stones can be shifted by members of the college to allow entrance to the central courtyard, where they receive visitors. Almost none are every brought within the rooms of the college, let alone the library.
The courtyard appears larger than the circumference of the ring, and has several cupolas, benches, and tables arranged to allow private audiences or small lectures should the need arise, all of which are discretely placed to allow privacy and discretion should the patron so desire.
