Operating as a constitutional monarchy, The Zheng Dynasty is the longest surviving empire in the known galaxy. Don’t let that fool you though, they are barely stable, just like all the others. The Parliament is the governmental body of the state. While the monarchy is the head of the empire. Where the actual power lies is usually a spirited debate in the lounges and drinking houses throughout the populated areas. The Parliament argues that the Royal Throne is a mere figurehead and devoid of power. The Royalty argues that power stems from the Monarch and the Parliament operates because the Throne has given it permission. The truth is, no one knows who has power. The Articles of Zheng, the Dynasty’s central document and constitution is too vague and flimsy on the subject. Leaving this debate raging for centuries. Over all, the argument means nothing, and the Dynasty continues on. But that doesn’t mean the political intrigues aren’t at least interesting. Zheng’s young and newly crowned Empress, Dahaya Vhalghren III of the Silver Spires has a novel plan to settle the debate and secure power moving forward. A massive PR campaign. The Empress has secured the cooperation of Fedeya Strategies and Capital. A marketing super-corporation. Which is coordinating messages across all known platforms. This, along with a Royal tour, may help to win the people’s support in fomenting the Throne’s power over the Parliament.

Style and Design

Zheng design and style consists of sleek lines, patterns of gold, white, and green, and displays of intelligence over power. Conversely, they also believe that such ostentatious displays are only as a show for outsiders. Perferring for their living areas to be more muted and utilitarian.
