Stonewall Production Riots

Conflict between the Animites and the main community surfaced through rioting and destruction of carts, tools and stores in the Mining Quarter.  The Kommisarium ruled that Bren the Naysayer had instigated the unlawfulness, and as he had died in the Riots, no further action would be taken.
