Effect
The wielder can redirect the natural flow of air currents. They can control which way the wind blows, for example to propel a sailing ship or cushion a falling object.
Side/Secondary Effects
Exhaustion tends to cause slight shifts in the wielder's ideals or preferences. Examples include:
eating food one normally finds disgusting
being offended by things one normally likes
being less strict about one's taboos
