Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Very in shape, though he isn't too agile.
Body Features
Dark skin tone, and very muscular. It's rumoured he has a mutation where he grew extra eyes, which is why he wears a helmet all the time, and that when he turned into a dark elf he started growing horns.

Anchor beard, usually without a moustache. On special occasions he'll let it grow out.

Personal history
Not much is known about Akae's past, other than that he ran away from home as a kid for a better life. On his travels he was almost killed by a vampire, until he was saved by the captain serving at that time. He agreed to train Akae and make him his squire. He would take over as captain as an adult shortly after being knighted, due to the captain being killed with a strange killing curse.
Sexuality
Asexual, but not entirely opposed to dating.. Just to keep other nobles off his back.
Education
Everything he knows was either taught by his parents, or Captain Iso. He's never had the chance to attend a proper school, especially because of economic upbringing.
Employment
Claimed to be a farmer before he ran away, helping out his parents grow crops and raise animals. Afterwards, he became a squire, then a knight, and finally a captain of the knights.
Accomplishments & Achievements
He was able to sneak out of his village when it was being ransacked by vampires on his own, support himself for months on end before being found by Captain Iso, and after Iso died, he took command of his army, and even saved a dragon kid from his abusive mother and adopting him.
Failures & Embarrassments
He failed to keep his promise to his parents to save them when he had the ability to fight back finally, failed to save the Captain, and lost half of his men on the first battle he was assigned to lead.
Mental Trauma
All the people he lost in his life led him to start overworking himself. He hasn't known a relaxing day since he was a farmer, and he's constantly on edge, especially now that he's promised to care for his new dragon son Oidyt.

History
They used to get along a lot when Garbone was a kid, but had a falling out after Garbone's mental health started declining around puberty. Akae doesn't know how to process it, and ends up shitalking him for it. He really cares deeply about Garbone, but just doesn't understand mental health issues because he repressed his own issues, and wants to see him be better.
Relationship Reasoning
Cassius chose him as Garbone's Godfather because he trusts him to keep Garbone and his brother safe if anything happened to Cassius and Seiy.
Legal Status
Akae is his legal guardian.
Wealth & Financial state
As a nobleman, he makes just under the same pay as the Highking. Despite how much he makes, he has a very small house, and uses most of his earnings to pay for his soldier's needs even though the Highking could easily arrange to have his covered.
