Enclave of the Golden Orb

The Enclave of the Golden Orb is the principal college and governing house of the heralds of Hârn, Ivinia, Emelrene, and Palithane. It is the master library of these Kingdom's heraldic achievements.
It is also the residence of the Chief Herald, the Sunrise King of Arms, Sir Loral Hulgath.

Purpose / Function

The Archive has the following functions.

• Maintain Archives of the Coat of Arms of significant noble and mercantile clans as well as notable individuals. Records are updated when the holder gains titles, marries, or dies.
• Hold genealogies of all the Great Clans.
• Maintain records of religious, secular, and commercial organizations.
• Train diplomates and couriers.
• A discreet neutral ground for Diplomacy and negotiation.

The Archive also has records of grants of arms from other western Lythian regions, including Shorkyne, Trierzon, Azeryan, Hepekeria, Byria, Karejia, and Dalkesh. However, there some gaps.
