Myvria's Kiss
This ritual summons the powerful Demoness Myrvria the temptress, servant of Morgath who offer a supplicant eternal life or 13 half lives of undeath in return for his soul.
This ritual will turn the supplicant into an Amorvin , or free undead and is believed to be used by the most powerful priests of the Church of Morgath (Order of the Lord of Chaos)
History
A proscribed and heretical ritual for hundreds of years until the prophet Balsha argued for it to become orthodox prior his death in 558TR
In 591 the Council of Murshel convened and produced a revised theology making this ritual official dogma after some refinement. They wrote and distributed the holy codex Morvrin Av Myrvria which outlined the ritual and how and when it can be applied.
Execution
The senior or leading priest starts the ritual by reading from the holy codex Morvrin Av Myrvria. Shortly all the priest begin chanting holy words with increasing intensity. Soon the shadow swells, demonic whispering and cries of anguish can be heard. After 10 minutes suddenly all goes deathly quiet and the Demoness Myrvria will appear.
The supplicant must the say "To own myne form, when breath hath fled, shall I gift myne soul.” thirteen times and the pact with Morgath is sealed. His soul is consumed by the Bukrai, forever lost replaced by the Shadow and he is Morvin, the undead. The supplicant must then fight a mental contest to retain free will. If he wins he is Amorvrin, free undead and if he loses he is Gulmorvrin, undead slave and subject to the will of Morgath or the other priests involved with the ceremony.
An Amorvrin may then prepare a sanctum and if he is killed is body will turn to dust and reform there in safety. He can do this thirteen times, and on his next death, he will become a Gulmorvin.
