Senator Tuvoth Rylen lives in this large townhouse in great luxury. He is the most disliked Senator in the Republic, having connections with the thieves guild, and is an open worshipper of the evil god Morgath. It is believed he gained his Senatorial seat through bribery, intimidation, and blackmail.
A former member of the Senate's Expansionist fraction has recently started supporting the Monarchist fraction. He has actively promoted a war of aggression against the Kingdom of Kanday so that they can be incorporated into the Republic.
Senator Tuvoth freely associates with thugs and the poor, extracting wealth in the form of rent from the numerous squalid tenements (a.k.a firetraps) he owns in the western part of the city. He is known to employ the Company of Dead Men as guards or enforcers and is a financier and part-owner of these mercenaries.

703TR - Tuvoth Rylen becomes a Senator of the Thardic Republic using dubious means and immediately joins the Expansionist fraction.
721TR - Senator Tuvoth abruptly changes his support to Marshal Kronas Elernin and the Senate's Monarchist and Imperialist Fractions.
722TR - Senator Tuvoth was implicated in Senator Farandin Aquil's assassination; however, there was insufficient evidence to lay charges. Refer Session 128. The is a great deal of hostility between Senator Farandin's brother, Senator Rodin Aquil and Senator Tuvoth.
