Bern Jameson is a human barkeeper in their mid-thirties who has followed the stream of people out to Mythrite. They say that they just came out to Mythrite to capitalize on all the inevitable need for a good drink, but in reality, it was only a matter of time before they ended up here. They have been traveling from town to town for a long time, never staying long enough to put down roots. They were working in a tavern in a small town on the Sword Coast when they heard the tale of Mythrite and decided that it was time to make a move. While they appear open and welcome—always willing to offer a drink and an ear—they are actually extremely closed off. Ask even the most dedicated of regulars of their bar to say what they know about Bern, and you’ll get a shrug or the fact that they prefer whiskey to ale.Physical Appearance
Bern is fairly average height at 5'10", but they are very fit due to their travels. They have shaggy auburn-brown hair, that is often pulled up to keep it out of their face. Their style can be described as Hermit Chic. They often wear earth tones and lean more towards comfort than style. Due to their travels and unsavory working locations, they have a couple of scars from various fights and other scraps. The most notable one is right below their left eye. They also have many tattoos, each from a different locale that they have journeyed through.Relationships
History
Glorandal has been a regular at the tavern Bern works at since before Bern arrived in Mythrite, and after seeing how often he comes in decided to start up a conversation. Neither one of them are completely honest nor open about their lives with each other, but both enjoy the other's company.
