Lutegarde Whitfoot
Lutegarde was raised in a modest household, without much to call her own. Her parents were fishers and owned a small house in Waterdeep. After years of living in near-poverty, she came out of her lower-class upbringing, instilled within her with a desire to never go without money ever again, and the devout drive to do what she must to achieve her ends. Her determination is enough for her to believe in, since she knew that no god would allow his believers to live in such a state that she did growing up. Leaving her home at the age of 20, she lived somewhat of a nomadic lifestyle, going from town to town doing odd jobs for several years. One day, she heard of the establishment of Mythrite, and the many people moving there to find their fortunes. She saw that the clock was ticking and that if she wanted to achieve her dream of wealth, this was an opportunity to be seized.
Lutegarde made her way to Mythrite, where began establishing herself as an odd jobs worker. After a couple of months, she was taken under the wing of one of her many employers, a well-meaning financer in the area who took pity on her and proposed to make her his apprentice and have her help with his business. She learned the ropes in the finance trade, and quickly rose to the same level of her master. She had a fierce affinity for dealing with other citizen's riches and enjoyed working where the life she always envied was literally within her grasp. Things went along well for Lutegarde over the next year until her master was suddenly killed during what Lutegarde quoted as a 'failed robbery' on his home during the night, he died from having his throat slit in his sleep. Being the only witness, she provided the story and was no further checked into with nothing that warranted further investigation.
After that tragedy, Lutegarde took over the finance business her master left behind, and over the following year quickly grew her customer base and established herself as one of the best in the business. She owns an estate in Charlamaine Hill and lives a solitary life with her wealth. Some say that if you look at her solid, cold expression, sometimes for a moment you can see a crack in her expression, which many rumor is her guilt over killing her master in his sleep. But no one would query any such thing to her directly, as mysterious disappearances of her detractors over the years have kept most at bay.

History
Rigjig and Lutegarde met early in Mythrite's devlopment. They weren't besties, but on occassion shared a few drinks, so Rigjig was aware of Lutegarde's position. As Lutegarde gained status, Rigjig approached her a few times to talk about whether she would be able to extend help to some of those in a less advantageous position. However, Lutegarde dismissed him, and as time passed refused to see him at all. Rigjig sees Lutegarde as a traitor, plain and simple.
