The Bushi

Founded by Master Inazo Yamato the Master blacksmith in his youth. Although started as a group of seven it has grown into a massive army. Still headed up by Master Inazo, the order has braches threwout the entire Nijion Archipelego. The Order of the Bushi or "The Bushi" for short are overseen by overseen by the six men that Master Inazo chose for the orignal group.

The Bushi as mentioned above have branches in all three rings of the archipelago. The six overseers or as the members refer to them as "Dimyo". Each Dimyo has also been given a animal designation associated with the ring in which they reside. The inner ring or the the Bushi "The Guilded Ring" is looked after by the Dragon and Demon Dimyo. They wear elborate kimonos with gold embelishments, they each are specified a color. The color of the Dragon Dimyo is made from the Murex Snail(Purple or Indigo Blue) and the color of the Demon Dimyo is made from Cobalt(Blue). The animal themeing is carried over to the armor and iconography used. For example a army under the Dragon Dimyo would be adorned in a draconicly themed kabuto and scaled laminar armor. While those under the Demon Dimyo would wear a horned kabuto with an oni mask, thier armor would also be laminar in style but it would be segmented and more closely fitting.

The central ring of the archiplelago or as the Bushi refer to it as "The Beast Ring" is looked over by the Lion and the Tiger Dimyos. The color of the lion is red and the color of the tiger is black. The embelishments on the dimyo's kimonos are more likey to be precious stones and the like. The battle regalia of the dimyo's are the same laminar panaply(Full set of armor) although themed twords their respective dimyo. The Lion panaply is the color of the dimyo's robes and includes a a faux mane of hair colored to the warrior in question's hair color or it can be customized by said warrior to illicit a particular effect or feeling. The Tiger panaply is the color of its dimyo's robes and is covered in stripes like that of its animal namesake.

The outer ring of the archipleago or as the Bushi refer to it as "The Barrier Ring" it is look over by the Turtle and Phoenix dimyos. The color of the Turtle is made from ebony leaves(Black) and the color of the Phoenix is made from Lac insects (Red). The embelishments on the dimyo's kimonos are more likey to be precious stones and the like. The battle regalia of the dimyo's are the same laminar panaply(Full set of armor) although themed twords their respective dimyo. The Turtle panaply is the color of the dimyo's robes and includes a thicker set of body armor designed to have a turtle shell like apperance. The Phoenix panaply is the color of its dimyo's robes and is adorned in feathers.

The Bushi have grown to the point that the ranks of the dimyo are limited to a select number of indivisuals. Those who fall outside the ranks of them have been given the title Samayōyaiba. The Samayōyaiba are members of the Bushi but pay no homage to a dimyo but still adhere to the tenents of Master Inazo. Still the Samayōyaiba are not to underestimated their ranks might not be loyal to a master other than the overall leader of the Bushi does have their own rank stucture and hierarchy.

Standing at the top of the Samayōyaiba is a person know by the title of Rōdo Obu za bureizu. This title is awarded to the person the previous Rōdo Obu za bureizu designates. The Rōdo chooses his successor from a group of his personal followers called Omo no saya. The Saya are normally around 12-14 in number and each have their own armies in which they preside over. Now any member of the Samayōyaiba can be askedto join a dimyo's army at any time in which it falls to the person in question on wheather or not they will, however it is normally customary to inform their member of the Saya of their choice or if the chosen is a member of the Saya to inform the Rōdo.
