The Tanuki
Founded by Master Inazo Yamato the Master blacksmith in secret. The master was long sighted enough to see that a military order is useless without a sound intelegance network. With this realization he created a second group to work alongside but seprate from his "Bushi". Thus the Tanuki where born although their existance was known only to one man and that was the master himself, although their overseeing was left into the capable hands of Lady Ibu or Hibitsu no Shukujo.
