Twin Moons Festival

Observance

The Twin Moons Festival takes place when both the moons Thokat and Ehlifu are at full moon. As Thokat has a phase cycle of 25 days and Ehlifu 17 days, the festival only occurs once every 425 days. A year where the festival occurs on the first day of the year is considered blessed.
