Defences
Dehlith was surrounded by a shield that both protected it from the harsh environment and hid it from any outside attackers. The city was ultimately able to be destroyed due to the shield having been taken down.
Districts
There were five districts determined by the five floating platforms: north, east, south, west, and center. The central platform was anchored to the original small island. Each district had a building connected to the Academy or the Eskon Exploration Institute with the central district also being where the majority of government buildings were located.

Architecture
The buildings were tall and angular, featuring large glass windows and mirrors to reflect natural light to the lowest levels. The buildings themselves were connected by a system of bridges, meaning that residents rarely had to descend to ground level.
Geography
The entire city floated on the ocean and was anchored to a single small island. There were five platforms in total, connected by several bridges. While the platforms themselves were flat, the city was built on many levels with a system of mid-air bridges connecting buildings together.
Climate
The city was contained within a dome-shaped shield that maintained a temperate temperature and calm seas. Outside of the shield, the ocean was rough and the temperature was near freezing.
