Fulskorri (a.k.a. The Tollkeeper)
This Frost Giant is known to reside on Askel, in the mountains north of Port Raven. Supposedly he is responsible for the thick fog that always resides on the western bank of Askel, which the Northlander raiders use to evade pursuing ships after their raids. Those who arrive in Port Raven often pay a "toll' to Fulskorri for keeping the cloud of mist and fog to aid their escape.
The giant's name was left as a "grudge" inside of the weapon Grudgetaker when it was recovered by Bolvaic. Presumably it was a grudge left within his weapon, unsettled by Bolvaic's grandfather who left the weapon at an open-air mountaintop shrine to Ctenmillar.
