Wizard Silence
Silence is an Oleander wizard in charge of the research at the Great Lighthouse at Paraetonium in Ilfor. The party, disguised as humans citizens of the Oleander Throne working for the artificers, tricked Silence into giving the party a tour of the Lighthouse, stating that there had been problems with the materials delivered from the Lighthouse to the artificers and that they were working on behalf of the Archmage Hollow, whose presence was expected within a day or so.
Silence proudly boasted about his part in creating the trap which captured and disabled the Leviathan, binding it beneath the great maelstrom which they control. He also revealed to the party that the cold iron lance which pierced the Leviathan has caused a wound which has not healed and the blood that falls to the ground transforms into coral, which the wizards are using to create magic items with relative ease, as they have been preparing an armory full or magical weapons and armor.
The party left, but discovered Silence along side the Archmage Hollow the next morning interrogating Argon about who he was with and the deceptions the party used to gain access and information to the Lighthouse.
