Wave Cleaners
The Wave Cleaners started as a gang of enforcers working for the Five, going around extracting plankton taxes from the people of Planktown, spilling the blood of those who would defy or stand up to their masters. Sayyid Klondike took over a few years after joining as he rose through the ranks rapidly, and now the Wave Cleaners work with the locals and Corals improving and fixing things, on their way to redemption.
