Ser Nero Serafin is the brother of Duke
Agapepto Serafin and former knight of
House Serafin. He was denounced by
Bareris Haphet while he served as hand, as he dishonoured himself by killing his horse and striking his squire.
Appearance and Character
Nero is taller and leaner than his brother. He has shaggy brown hair and a patchy beard. He is quite unattractive and is described by some as a 'starving mangy dog'.
