Mudshod

Down along the river you will see a succession of low mounds, scrubby grass topping them and doors and windows dotted about. This is, at least to the humans of Konigstadt mudshod. Most of the halflings in the city live here though they would call it the warrens for under the rather barren exterior lies a network of tunnels almost a city unto itself, halflings abound with the few dwarves in Konigstadt dwarves living further down, they almost never leave the warren and are exclusively employed by the halflings to build their deeper tunnels and do most of the engineering to maintain the warrens.
