Palewood/Ildarin

Fitting its name Palewood is white and almost translucent and with the correct methods can be far stronger than most steel and almost as strong as Ironwood. It makes some of the finest ships and it possesses life even after being severed from its roots. So long as an item made of palewood remains whole it will slowly heal itself. Palewood is not carved but sung into shape.
