The Terrace
Where the peasants and the criminals live. A large section of its sewer network has been set aside by The Green Talon as a base. The terrace is next to the city wall, the docks, and the low market.
A mess of tangled streets and alleyways to the north side of the city. The southern district is choked with smoke as the new factories begin to clog the air.
