Xandor

Regarded by most as a poor man's Exandris this is both largely true and somewhat unfair. While it is true that Xandor has everything that Exandris has but to a lesser degree or quality they also have some of the most skilled draconian artisans and indeed some of the draconian artificers are able to make things more wondrous than the gnomes of Panajin.
