The Vasconis are one of the leading organized crime syndicates running the black market in Ozmania, in the state of Cloudstyf.
Close to [DATE], the Vasconis were a large Narcissican family of proud humans that owned a brewery business whose operations spread across most of the north-east Gysanni region. Their business fell apart when the prohibition laws the nations south of Noveaunort began adopting from the northern Shadeaux Nations throughout the [LATER DATES]. As if fate had deemed it impossible for them to thrive any longer the Faithart Prohibition began in [DATE], just as the Vasconis had moved to the Ozmanian Federation to flee the ludicrous prohibition laws being adopted across Deorsa from the Shadeaux nations. With the Ozmanian Federation now enforcing the Prohibition across the world, the Vasconis had no choice but to change their trade... or become illicit.
The Vasconis chose to continue their trade in secret, though as far as the public was concerned the family changed their business to the entertainment sector. The Vasconis are mostly running a weapons smuggling operation now, although they do have famous speakeasies across many of the states in the USO.
