Arch Bishop
A title bestowed to priests of Innos who hold responsibility over multiple provinces for the religion. The Watchlands have for instance their own Arch Bishop, similar to how Vengard has its own Arch Bishop. These all belong to the Chantry of Fire.
Arch Bishops within the Order of Fire generally govern a smaller portion of terrain, although in their theocracy the Arch Bishops actually rule and govern their holds.
Qualifications
Arch Bishops are named by the High Flame, although the High Flame is presented a selection of candidates selected by the Cardinals. Generally however one needs to serve as a Bishop before being promoted to Arch Bishop.
Duties
Arch Bishops hold responsibility over a large amount of terrain, which is named a hold. They report directly to the High Flame.
