Conrad Tanneberger

BIOGRAPHY

Conrad Tanneberger is a brave man, but not necessarily a smart man. He was chosen for the position of commander of the Dreadfort  after Otto Freising was sentenced for experimenting on elves. He was chosen for this position, because he was not on either the conservative or progressive side. He hails from the region of Edauer and comes from a family of recently planted settler-farmers. 
He first saw battle against the Wild Hunt. It was his braveness against the beastmen that got him first noticed. Otto personally chose him for his guard after that. Although unaware of the experiments Otto performed, he did not necessarily disapprove. He is driven by a vengeful hate against the supernormal, he does not hate the other races. 

Skills

Conrad is skilled with the Zweihander. He also is a mean tracker of trails. He is illiterate, but is very skilled playing the lute.

PERSONALITY

Conrad is a bit of a brute. Scarred by the battlefields of the Southern Wilds, he has a paranoid streak. He is also a merry man, and likes a good feast. On the long campaigns he has taken up playing the lute and is attracted by traveling troubadours.  Ideals
